Booking Screen

The Tee Time System maintains on line tee sheets for all active days. By selecting the date via the popup calendar and clicking Find Availabilities, the system will display all tee times by time and course.

Tee Times can be identified (REST column) for starter times (S), tournament times (T), Men's League (M), Ladies League (L) or non-restricted times (N). The number of available openings is displayed for each tee time (color coded from BLUE to red). By clicking on a tee time all names in the party appear on the bottom of the screen with comments. Double clicking the tee time opens the edit window (next page) permitting the addition or deletion of golfers and comments.

By using the scroll bars on the sides and bottom of the tee sheets the user can rapidly navigate around the tee sheet. In addition, the user can select to display either available tee times for the party size desired (hidden by calendar) or display all tee times.

The colored last names represent various membership types.

Edit Window

By double clicking on a tee time, the Edit Window opens, permitting the operator to add, edit, delete, copy, cut or paste golfers from a time. Using the Search for Last Name feature the operator does not have to memorize id numbers.

During the booking process the system will enforce all club rules related to guest play and membership type based on the day and time of play.

Each player has the ability to designate the number of holes they wish to play or optional information (not shown) for walking, riding, pull carts or caddie information.

The comment line provides additional information that prints on the starter's tee sheets.

The initials (user) represent the user that last updated the tee time.

Request Charting

Course Configuration Screen

The Tee Time system permits the club to setup an unlimited number of course configurations. Tee Time supports straight, cross over (hole 1 & 10), shotgun or any combination of formats. The club has control over start and stop times and tee time intervals.

The linking sequence tells the system what times and holes are linked.

Master course configurations can be created with starter and tournament times identified for repetitive use. These configurations can be modified on a daily basis to reflect the changing needs of the club.

In addition, the system can create various straight, crossover or shot gun configurations, where the operator identifies the starting and ending times and the number of minute intervals.
