Reporting

The reporting section of the Point of Sale System gives you the ability to measure your sales performance, track and valuate your inventory and identify your outstanding liabilities. The reporting section contains five main sections, these sections are:

Sales
The sales section contain three subsections:

  • End of Day Sales
    The system maintains all shift and register end of day sales reports. These include the "Z" sales report and tender reports
  • Sales
    Sales by category, sub-category or item range with quantity and dollars, with or without margins. Sales reports can compare multiple time period ranges with the difference.
  • Transaction Detail
    Reports with every detail of every sale, payment, void, cancel sale, no sale, and returns.

Inventory
The inventory reports section contains the inventory on hand by location and all locations, inventory valuation on a moving average, standard cost and most recent cost basis.

Rain Checks, Advanced Deposit, Gift Cards/Certificates and Credit Books
You now know what is outstanding, been redeemed, expired or not used since a date. No more guessing how much you have outstanding in rain checks or gift cards. The system will report in detail or summary form.

Member
The member reports produce the information in the format you need. Standard member reports include:

  • Member list by membership category
  • Emergency contact
  • Email listing
  • Bag Storage
  • Trail Fee with expiration date
  • Cart owner
  • Handicap listing
  • Last played

Bar Codes
The system prints inventory bar codes for items received, items on hand or quantity of items on hand by utilizing a laser printer and standard labels that can be purchased at any office supply store. The system also supports the Zebra line of bar code label printers. Member bar codes can be print to placed on the back of existing membership cards.
