How does the system handle multiple pricing?
Green/court fees, and cart fees are time sensitive and automatically change based on the tee/court time, number of holes (golf), day of week and membership type.

How do we know who is playing?
At the beginning of the transaction the player is checked in and play history is updated by scanning a bar-coded ID, magnetic strip or manually entering the ID. At the end of day, those player's not checked in are marked as a no show.

Can the system handle players without a tee/court time?
Yes. The system will treat them as a walk on. Players with member ID's will be scanned and the correct greens, court and cart fees will be calculated. General public players (non members) will be charged the general public rate.

Can we sell season passes?
Yes. Season pass sales will automatically update the existing players expiration date in the reservation system. New players buying a season pass are added to the reservation system at the end of the transaction.

Can we automatically charge an access fee for using the reservation system?
Yes. The system can automatically charge a fee for using the reservation system if they are not a member.

Can we print tee/court sheets from the Point of Sale system?
Yes. Both the Point of Sale system and the reservation system share the same data. The operator can print tee/court sheets in real time mode.

Can we print a separate customer and starter receipt?
Yes. The system prints a customer sales receipt and a starter receipt with the course name/court number, tee/court time, player Id and name. A cart disclaimer is printed for any transactions with a cart.

Do we have to have a reservation system to run the Point of Sale?
No. The Point of Sale System can run as a stand-alone system fully functional without the integrated tee/court sheet.
