Transaction Origination Screen The operator can start the transaction by either scanning the player's ID (bar code or magnetic strip),
entering their confirmation number or player ID number, or by selecting the player from the tee/court sheet.
The "Ck In Same Time" button lets the operator process additional players booked at the same time.
Players with Id's can be looked up via the On Line Tee/Court Sheet. Players with a tee/court time automatically go to the check in player screen.
Players without a tee/court time are processed as a Walk On and automatically go to the transaction final sale screen.
OnLine Tee/Court Sheet The operator can touch a time and press the “Check In” button to process the player.
The Page Up, Page Down, Previous and Next buttons let the operator move around the tee/court sheet using the touch screen or mouse.
Players can be added in available times to ensure the proper tracking of play history.
The POS and tee/court time reservation system use the same tee/court sheet screen that reduces training times. Check-In Player Screen The operator touches/clicks the player’s name to check them in or touches/clicks the “Change Member #” to scan a different
member number. The system automatically calculates the correct green/court fees and any reservation access service charges that may apply.
The system will also apply cart fees, if applicable. Green/Court fees and cart fees are automatically calculated based on membership type, tee/court time, and day of the week.
Transaction Final Sale Screen This screen lets the operator finalize the transaction. Transaction details are displayed
on the left side. Additional items can be added by pressing the buttons in the middle of the
screen. Green/Court fee keys require member id’s be entered to ensure the player is being charged
the correct fee. Quick dollar keys ($10, $20 and $50) automatically finalizes the sale, calculates
the change due, opens the cash drawer and prints the customer/starter receipts.

Item Setup (Page 1) Each item has a description for both in-house purposes and customer receipt purposes. The system tracks revenue for green/court fees by course and court fees by facility.
Item Setup (Page 2) Items can be setup based on the day of week or holiday and time ranges.
Credit Book Credit books can be issued for any dollar amount and redeemed before the expiration date.
Receiving Receiving items does not require vendor or invoice information. Miscellaneous costs can be
allocated among the items received.
