The Court Time System maintains on line court sheets for all active days. By clicking on the Day of Week and Display Courts the system will display all court times by time and court.

Court Times can be identified (TP column) for available (A), tournament times (T), unavailable (U), ball court (B), lessons (L), clay court (C) or non-restricted times (N). The number of available openings is displayed for each court time. By clicking on a court time all names in the party appear on the bottom of the screen. Double clicking the court time opens the edit window (next page), permitting the addition or deletion of players.

By using the scroll bars on the sides and bottom of the court time sheets the user can rapidly navigate around the sheet.

By double clicking on a time, the Edit Window opens permitting the operator to add, edit or delete players from a time. Using the Search for Last Name feature the operator does not have to memorize an ID number.

During the booking process the system will enforce all club rules related to guest play (guest box) and member type based on the day and time of play.

The Court Time system maintains an unlimited number of members and up to 99 membership types. Each membership type maintains it's own play and guest restrictions.

• Email address is used by the email system for confirmation of times.
• Dates are used to automatically activate or suspend the player privileges.

The actual membership screen varies depending on the club's requirements.

Using the Search for Last Name feature the operator does not have to memorize an ID number. This screen displays all the times booked with the time, court, confirmation number and facility. Confirmation information is available through the telephone system, touch screen or Internet.
